How It Works:
1. Provide Details for Document Retrieval
To start the process, we’ll need as much information as possible to help us locate the correct documents. Since Japan does not have a centralized database, we’ll rely on accurate details like full names, birth dates, and the exact location of the documents (city, town, etc.). The more information you provide, the quicker we can complete the search and fulfill your request.
2. Application and Paperwork
Once we find the documents you need, we’ll submit the required paperwork to officially request them. As part of this process, we’ll create a Power of Attorney document that must be signed and submitted in hard copy to our office address in Japan.
3. Additional Services
If the documents need to be Apostille Stamped, notarized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or notarized by a Japanese Notary Lawyer, we offer these services as well to ensure the documents are legally recognized internationally.
4. Translations
Please note that official documents retrieved from Japan will be in Japanese. If you need them translated into English (or any of 300+ other languages), we can handle that too. Just let us know when you make your request.
