Dave Higgins Office is owned and operated by David Higgins & Hazuki Higgins in Kadena Town, Okinawa.
Welcome to Dave Higgins Office, where we are dedicated to providing high-quality legal services and certified translations for individuals navigating marriage, divorce, and other legal document needs in Okinawa. Owned and operated by David and Hazuki Higgins in Kadena Town, Okinawa, we bring over 12 years of experience to ensure that your legal processes are smooth, efficient, and stress-free.

We began our journey as a legal translation business called Okinawa Translator, operating out of Chatan Town. In a short time, our reputation grew, particularly for assisting US service members with marriage services and document translations for submission on military bases. By 2015, we expanded our services to include divorce support for US citizens and US service members.

As our workload increased, we made the decision in 2022 to prioritize both our clients’ happiness and our own. This led us to close the Okinawa Translator office, move locations, and take a short break to recharge. In 2024, we reopened as Dave Higgins Office, operating from our home office with a renewed focus on delivering exceptional service in a more personal and balanced way.
