To order a prenuptial agreement, we will need both parties’ names, dates of birth, and the local address where they currently reside in Japan. A prenuptial agreement can be made for a USA to USA couple or a USA to Japanese couple.
The couple signing the prenuptial agreement agrees that at the time of divorce, there will be no obligation to pay any compensation to either spouse.
If the couple bears children together, any parental authority, distribution of property, compensation or any other divorce settlement must be negotiated.
